These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bookingwish.com (the “Site”), operated by Sana Tech LLC.
1. The site
BookingWish publishes travel information and comparison tools for hotels, flights, destinations, and deals. Content is for general information. Always confirm prices, dates, baggage rules, and cancellation policies on the booking site before you pay.
2. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book or buy through them. That does not change the price you pay. Partners — not BookingWish — handle your booking, payment, and customer service. Partners include travel booking networks and other advertisers. See our affiliate disclosure.
3. No booking contract with us
When you book a hotel, flight, or product, your contract is with that provider. We are not a travel agency, airline, or hotel. We do not issue tickets, vouchers, or hotel confirmations, and we cannot change or cancel a reservation made with a partner.
4. Accuracy
We aim to keep guides useful, but rates, availability, and visas change quickly. We are not liable for losses from relying on information on this Site.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may block access that looks abusive.
6. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Sana Tech LLC or licensed to us. You may link to our pages. You may not copy substantial content for a competing site without permission.
7. Third-party sites
Outbound links (including search widgets and partner sites) are operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave bookingwish.com.
8. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sana Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from bookings made with partners.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
